Shipping Information and Policies
    Ordering Methods:
  • You can order on-line, fax or phone
  • On-line Shopping: Secure shopping 24 hrs. a day, (128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate)
  • Money orders and and checks accepted
  • No COD

To send order by mail: Login in and simply shop on-line; when finished, check out to the point where you select shipping method, continue to the point where the shipping amount has been calculated into your order. Print a copy of your order and be sure to write your order number on your money order or check and mail to:

Fax Orders: Include your complete card number, full name, expiration date, your signature, billing and shipping addresses, and day time phone number, Fax 408-258-9316.  Please do not send information through via e-mail. 

Telephone Orders: Before calling have your order ready.  If calling after business hours please leave a voice mail and someone will call you during business hours to confirm your order, 408-258-9316 or 408-712-9594

Credit Cards:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Debit Cards (with Visa/MC logo).  Must be 18 years or older to order.

Confidentiality: 
We do not share our customers e-mail addresses and telephone numbers with other businesses and companies.

Taxes: Included in price-Handling fees may apply (will be notified).

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are separate and are automatically calculated by the shopping cart. Carriers are UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS Ground (residential and commercial) 1-5 days, Alaska and Hawaii up to 7 days plus
  • UPS does not deliver on weekends!
  • USPS Priority 2-3 days, including Saturdays
  • Please call for rush delivery rates!
  • Home-based businesses are classified as residential. Only mark commercial, if your package destination is truly to a business.
  • Please remember that weather conditions can significantly make a difference in delivery time!

Order Processing Time:
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. If an order has been placed after business hours, it will be logged in the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be logged in the following business day.

During the holiday seasons, especially Christmas and Thanksgiving, due to extreme high order volumes, there may be additional time needed to fill your order. Please order early, to make sure that your package arrives on time to its destination. We will do our best!

Total Delivery Time: Your total delivery time is based on the process of your order and shipping time.

Shipping damage:
Inspect your package before signing and accepting it from the carrier. Make sure package has not been damaged extensively or leaking. Sometimes packages are kicked around and you can visibly see it, but when you open the package everything in it is in tact.  If you visibly see that there is extensive damage, let the carrier know then and don't accept it, and have them send it back to us. You will not be charged for sending it back. Call us immediately at: 408-258-9316, and we will get another order out to you as soon as possible. This applies both to UPS and United State Post Office.

If you find that any part of your order has been damaged after you have opened it, please call and we will have you return the damaged goods, and we will replace them.

Samples: At this time Keydora's is not sending out any samples.

Pricing:
Depending on the market fluctuation, prices are subject to change.

Substitutions:
KeyDora's reserves the right to substitute similar baskets, bottles, accents and any type of containers, but never compromising the body product itself.

Specials: From time to time we have specials.  Check our specials link.  If there is no access to computer you may call us for current specials.

Out of Stock: Occasionally we run out of stock on some items.  We apologize for any inconvienance and ask you to re-order at a later date, or you can also backorder.  We would be more than happy to give a prompt refund or store credit. 

Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our highest main concern.  Please let us know if you are not completely satisfied.  We will do our best to meet your request.  

Returns and Exchanges:
There are no refunds. Once your order has been processed, it may not be modified or canceled in any way, for any reason. If there was a mistake done on our part then we will correct it, after we have determined that it indeed was a mistake.
